Credit Card Guarantee Details:
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Drugteststrips.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Drugteststrips.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Drugteststrips.com while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Shipping
Upon receipt of your order, you will be notified promptly be email (if an email address is provided) that your order was received followed by a second email notifying you that your product has been shipped. You will also receive notification via email/phone/fax of any questions/problems with the processing of your order.
All orders received before 3PM EST will be shipped the same day. Holiday and weekend orders will be shipped on the following business day.
Please note that orders placed with 'Next Day Air' shipping, after 3 PM on Friday afternoon will ship on the following Monday, for Tuesday delivery.

Shipments are sent by FEDEX/USPS by the method requested by you on your order entry form. In compliance with our Confidentiality & Privacy Policy, packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes.
Returns
We take steps to assure & guarantee that shipments arrive in proper condition at the receiving point of the customers. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra charge provided you have notified the shipping carrier of damages immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
You also need to send an e-mail report to us within three (3) BUSINESS DAYS following receipt of damaged shipment. Your e-mail report should include your purchase order number, invoice number, shipping date, and a brief description of the damage

In no event shall DrugTestStrips.com be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or
consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this site or with the delay or software, products and services obtained through this site.
DrugTestStrips.com does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any product, advice, opinion, statement, or information displayed or distributed through the site or staff. You acknowledge that any reliance upon such opinion, advice, statement or information shall be at your sole risk.
Please note the following:
- The One Step test Strip provides only a qualitative, preliminary analytical result. A secondary analytical method must be used to obtain a confirmed result. Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) are the preferred confirmatory methods.
- It is possible that technical or procedural errors, as well as other interfering substances in the urine specimen may cause erroneous results.
- Adulterants, such as bleach and/or alum, in urine specimens may produce erroneous results regardless of the analytical method used. If adulteration is suspected, the test should be repeated with another urine specimen.
- Certain medications/pharmaceuticals/compounds may produce a Positive Result.
- A Positive Result indicates presence of the drug or its metabolites but does not indicate level of intoxication, route of administration or concentration in urine.
- A Negative Result may not necessarily indicate drug-free urine. Negative Results may be obtained when drug is present but below the cutoff level of the test.
- Test does not distinguish between drugs of abuse & certain medications.
Indemnification Waiver
You hereby agree to indemnify, and hold DrugTestStrips.com, and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach or alleged breach by you of this Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs.
DrugTestStrips.com's products have been found to be highly accurate and are guaranteed against defects in labeling & packaging until the stated expiration date.
Regardless, DrugTestStrips.com's will not be held accountable/liable for the outcome of ANY result arising from the use of DrugTestStrips.com's products.
DrugTestStrips.com's sole obligation in the event of ANY damage/result/defect is to replace it with a comparable new test strip product.
Except for such replacement, the sale, transfer, or handling of these drug test products are without warranty, condition or liability even though the damage/result/defect is due to negligence or other fault.
