The principle of drug testing in work place is increasing day by day in all the countries. As more number of companies is established, legal policy for drug testing also established. This legal policy ensures safety, sanctity of the workers in the work place. The over all production and development of the company depends up on the labor work performance. The drug addicted labor will indirectly affect the growth rate and production rate of the company. Drug addicted worker will not give regular attendance to the company and the production due will be missed because of them. (more…)
