Drug testing mainly targets the people who are addicted to marijuana, heroin and cocaine. Drug testing is more common in work place. Some workers are dug addicted which spoils the work place and other workers. Moreover it affects the production. Hence the company have implemented drug testing in jobs.
Now day’s drug testing at work place is considered as discrimination rather than the reparation. The potential out come of drug testing at work place are impairment of status, loss of job, loss of benefits and pensions, imprisonment, loss of care for children and family, etc.
The core motive for the company to implement the drug testing program is to have good disciplined environment in the workplace. Workers feel discriminated when they are forced to take drug test and during sample collection which are carried out publically. During hiring process the candidates feel discriminated if the drug test result is positive. Not all the times drug testing will be accurate. There is a chance for the positive result where that sample donor have not drug abused. This will be one of the reasons for not getting selected in the interview. Besides he is discriminated in front of others.

If the positive results are reported from drug test the particular donor is taken away from the company. So that company reduces the risk caused due to drug addicted workers such as insurance claim, loss of production and other losses.
