There is no need for witness sample collection as the urine samples are immediately tested for temperature which should be around 99degrees. The samples are collected in separate vials from every donor and are sealed with plastic strips in order to avoid contamination. No personal indication is noted on the sample vials it will be noted only with unique identity and carried out all through chain process. So care should be taken in handling the samples. Samples are transferred to the drug testing lab for examination.
