Drug Testing Professional Athlete
Every year for athletic events, the NCAA Drug-Testing program has been a stable prompt. Drug NCAA testing is a drug test for sports which tests for all sports.
If the NCAA is going to do drug testing professional athlete for banned Bylaw 31.2.3.1 and you are going to be tested positive for banned drugs, which are listed in the NCAA drug testing protocol, you will be declared ineligible and banned to participate in regular season and post season competition for 365 days in a calendar year. As a penalty for not participating in the scheduled drug test the NCAA executive committee will impose a penalty for nonparticipation. The penalty is that you must be retesting negative to have your eligibility restored per the NCAA Student Athlete Reinstatement Committee Bylaw 18.4.1.5.1
”We let the athletes know that they are all subject to testing,” comments N.C.A.A.’S Committee For Drug Testing ”We want them to expect to be tested.” The purpose of drug testing is to not make the athletes feel guilty and getting caught, but the motive is to prevent them from abusing.
