Drug Testing Professional Athlete

Every year for athletic events, the NCAA Drug-Testing program has been a stable prompt.  Drug NCAA testing is a drug test for sports which tests for all sports.
If the NCAA is going to do drug testing professional athlete for banned Bylaw 31.2.3.1 and you are going to be tested positive for banned drugs, which are listed in the NCAA drug testing protocol, you will be declared ineligible and banned to participate in regular season and post season competition for 365 days in a calendar year.  A minimum of one season loss of participation in all competitions will be set in.
However, before you re-participate in the next season you will have to participate in the drug testing for college athlete and you must be tested negative.  When you test negative in the retest, the NCAA will restore your eligibility by the NCAA Student Athlete Reinstatement Committee.
It should be noted that not all participants will test negative the second time, if the athlete is going to test positive the second time for the use of any street drug in the retesting Bylaw 31.2.3.1 and you will be losing the eligibility for post season and regular season sports.
As a penalty for not participating in the scheduled drug test the NCAA executive committee will impose a penalty for nonparticipation. The penalty is that you must be retesting negative to have your eligibility restored per the NCAA Student Athlete Reinstatement Committee Bylaw 18.4.1.5.1
”We let the athletes know that they are all subject to testing,” comments N.C.A.A.’S Committee For Drug Testing ”We want them to expect to be tested.” The purpose of drug testing is to not make the athletes feel guilty and getting caught, but the motive is to prevent them from abusing.
This program has been in the area under discussion of analysis and has occasionally for N.C.A.A Drug Testing provoked alarm. There have been reports of coaches who have detached their whole team, from the sport when two players smelled of disgusting odor of marijuana coming from a next-door room. Probably, because they were afraid that the players will fail their tests; if the smoke in someway made its way into their systems.
There were also reports of doctors fearing to give prescriptions or cold tonic to athletes who had to face a NCAA debarred record, but still drug testing continues, they are stable in their rules.
